“Goodnight, my love” she said to me, and in the morning she was gone; cast out to sea and missing for whoever knows how long. I waited and I watched for the moment she’d return. Now I gaze out o’er the water, feeling a sick and dizzy burn. The water, it rolls and waves like a sad goodbye; rolling and twisting and tearing up my insides. My heart once fluttered, at the simple thought of her. Now drown that beautiful dove; sunk further, further under. I’ve caught the cold and lonely from the dripping of the rain. And slowly smother the light out, in crashing waves of pain. My Koi, of orange and white, beautiful fish, Mercyless sea; not a single salve but your sight could cure these burns in me. And the thing, which stings the most is not knowing why; or what even happened or just if you’re alive. Like a song left unfinished, I’m broken and hurt.

So, I wrote this a while ago and I've been refining it ever since. As the name may imply, it's a rap battle between Heath Ledger's version of The Joker and Vaas from Far Cry. It mostly speaks for itself. I hope you like it.
